Lu Jong Teacher Training

By the end of this Program you will know about...

  • Lu Jong Healing Yoga

    A total of 23 movements to balance the Five Elements within the body, strengthen the musculoskeletal system, support vital organs, and address common ailments including sleep and wakefulness.

  • Tibetan Medicine

    Acquire an overview of the principles of Tibetan Medicine, one of the foundational pillars of the Lu Jong practice. Areas of study include the theory of the Five Elements, the three Humors, and the Subtle Body.

  • Tibetan Buddhism

    Understand the core teachings of Tibetan Buddhism and how they are related to Lu Jong. Learn meditation, basic Tsa Lung (breathing) techniques, and about Tantrayana: the Diamond Path

Education Curriculum

The Lu Jong Education Program follows a specific format to ensure that each student receives consistent information and support. Lessons are scheduled in a manner that allows enough time for students to sufficiently experience the movements and their benefits. All lessons cover:

  • CONTEXT - A clear background, history or explanation of Lu Jong principles and related philosophies.

  • MOVEMENTS - An introduction to new movements and their related conditions, as well as their physical, mental and energetic benefits.

  • HOMEWORK - Exercises to maintain and deepen your personal practice, to explore your own experiences, and to develop your teaching skills.

Joelle Kelly

Joelle Kelly is a charismatic and motivated certified Meditation, Yoga and Movement Educator.

She has the unique ability to connect with students in a genuinely warm and grounded manner with a specialty in the teaching and training of teachers in Tibetan Buddhist mind and body practices.

Under the direct tutelage of Tulku Lobsang, Joelle's studies widened to include several Buddhist lineage practices and in short time she was selected to advance from teacher to one of the first educators to help share and grow the Meditation, Lu Jong and Tog Chod communities in North America.

My goal is to share all of my knowledge so you can take charge of your health and ultimate happiness on your own terms.

Joelle is based in the Hamptons but teaches private and group events worldwide.
